      If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would. I have never interacted with a business that cares less about their customers, than this one. It takes weeks to get your order, then when you receive it, it will still be incorrect. When you bring up any issues to the lab managers, it goes over their head and they can't even comprehend how bad their customer service is, even when provided with examples. I could make the longest post providing examples about how bad they are, but I'd rather not re-live the pain.
