    ONE STAR ISN'T EVEN DESERVED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE RECIEPTS OF PAYMENTS MADE. MAKE FAULTY BILLS AND NEVER HAVE ANYONE "QUALIFIED" TO ANSWER BUSINESS QUESTIONS AVAILABLE. WHO EVER RUNS THE PLACE IS LAZY OR SIMPLY REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND SENDING YOUR KIDS HERE. UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

    When you called you stated it was the last day for you to file your taxes & demanded we produce a receipt that day. You were advised that office staff was not in at the time but the message would be relayed. You were advised you still had an outstanding bill from July of 2022 in the amount of $**.00. You also were advised that the business had a different software system & we would have to call & get a print out for you from the old software company. You then proceeded to yell, cut down, & scream profanities at the staff on the phone & then hung up on them once you did not get the response you were looking for. Just to state the facts for the record there is no law & no requirement that states we are mandated to give receipts or receipts at the end of the year.
