    We were very disappointed with our experience with Barnum Flooring. Our home’s floors matched the woodwork throughout the house and we didn’t want that to change when we refinished the floors. We offered a piece of the woodwork for Barnum to match and were told it wouldn’t be needed because they knew how to match it. We were frustrated when the staining was completed and the floors no longer matched our woodwork. The response from Barnum was “we needed to learn to love it”. Refinishing floors is a big project and expense for any homeowner and it is disheartening to know we will have to get ours refinished again to get the look we requested from Barnum.
