Do not use this company. They don't give quote up front. Lie and say insurance company will cover and they don't get approval from insurance company. Blind sided with huge bill after the fact. Predatory business practices taking advantage of people is difficult situation.

Ms. ******* review of ServiceMaster by Rice is erroneous and unjustified. The services performed by ServiceMaster by Rice were performed and priced in accordance with insurance industry standards. This fact was confirmed by the Ms. ******* Insurance Company paying for our invoices to the limit of her policy.
Invoices for our services totaled $21,656.84. The Insurance Company paid $20,000.00. the insured had a deductible of $1,000. ServiceMaster by Rice has forgiven the remaining $656,84. We did so not as a concession to any of Ms. ******* erroneous allegations.
It is difficult to understand how someone who had all the charges paid for except for a $1,000 deductible can make such outlandish statements as "blindsiqed with huge bill after the fact" and
"Predatory business practices taking advantage of people in difficult situations". The Better Business Bureau performs a valuable service in identifying service providers who are not performing in a professional manner. Fortunately, the process of the BBB also allows for responses to allegations that are without merit and intended to tarnish firms operating in a proper manner.
