    The owner is absolutely unprofessional. I will take fault that I got behind on my dues and I reached out to let her know that I sent in a check to catch up. She has proceeded to yell at me via email, telling me to grow up, that she doesn't have time for me, telling me I am ignorant and need common sense, and she won't deal with me anymore. She refuses to set me up on auto-pay, which doesn't make sense as she clearly is worried about money. She sent me to collections, claiming she tried to contact me via certified mail, but I never received that, and neither did several other tenants. I can't imagine what the process will look like asking for assistance in fixing anything on my house. This is upwards of the 7th or 8th HOA I've had in my townhouse and by far the most unprofessional. I would leave a 0 star score if I could.

    Tried to locate homeowner since April 2022 to collect on outstanding association dues. Certified notices for demand of payment were sent until the Developer said to turn over to attorney for collection.
    Homeowner tried to bully the manager over email by alluding that is was management's fault homeowner was not paying dues.
    Homeowner is not eligible to take part in having the management company take on the responsibility of paying for the autopay offered to those homeowners with good payment history. This service is offered by the management company, not the association itself. Management asked homeowner to set her payment up with her bank, and homeowner refused. Homeowner is always welcome to send a monthly check to pay her monthly dues.
    Our management does not have to participate in conversations with homeowners that are belligerent, condescending, rude, or abusive behavior per management agreement. Homeowner is embraced she was turned over to attorney to pay dues.
