Do not hire this law firm. The lawyer we hired to represent my son for a weapons charge that should have been thrown out of court because of no search warrant, was grossly negligent and failed to file any motions to argue the merits of the case. He sat and did nothing for over a year and charged me $10,000 to do absolutely nothing for my son. Instead what he did was refuse to provide my son with a copy of the discovery, he also signed an agreement with the prosecutor without my son's knowledge, that stated he would not share what evidence the prosecutor had about my son with my son. The incomprehensible negligence of this law firm caused a life ending tragedy for my son and his friends and family. After my son's last court hearing , he went home and hung himself. This law firm takes advantage of the vulnerable people facing charges and takes their money in exchange for aggressively building a defense strategy and arguing at trial. The only problem with this is that it's a lie and they don't do anything their advertisement promises. They are more like the prosecutors right hand man who only intends to try to persuade their clients to accept the prosecutors blea bargain offer so that they don't have to do their job. This firm is a rip off and didn't even devote an eight hour day into my son's case in a six month period. Then charges me nearly $7000 dollars for five hours of the lawyers time. In that five hours, the attorney did not do a single thing. Five hours in six months? My son is gone. Before leaving his attorneys office, my son informed his attorney that he was suicidal. His attorney did nothing but try to scare my son into taking the plea bargain for a charge that could have been dismissed. My son went home and hung himself.
