    Haf come in on a Friday for a water leak, told them where I thought it was coming from. Charges me $70 service fee to tell me it is a foundation leak. After tearing wall apart where said leak was, we (the homeowner) found the next morning (exactly where inthought it was) Called them back, charged us $180 emergency service fee, and then $380 for a $60 fixture and maybe 30 minutes of labor. Very unfair, dirty practice.

    If you have a clogged sewer drain don't call Master Plumbers unless you want to pay exorbitant charges. We had a simple clog that took the plumber less than 30 minutes to unclog with his auger. Total charge $375.00. The service charge is $68.50 but they won't give you an estimate ahead of time. After taking work off to accommodate their banking hours, we were desperate to get this situation taken care of. They present you with the charge after they arrive and you would be out the service charge if you tell them you don't want to them to go ahead. I will have to work 3 days to pay for their 1/2 hour service.

    Excessive price practice. Was quoted a $168 + tax fee just to come to price give for service. Was quoted from technician $301 to unclog kitchen sink. I interpreted the cost for unclog to be a total of $301 + tax so I said ok. I was then told my plumbing had to be cut to gain access to run snake. I never had to have plumbing cut to gain access before. I got the charge and was charged two separate amounts for the service. I was charged $180.30 and $301.77. Combined $482.07 to run a snake on Saturday not Sunday. This is viewed as price gouging for services rendered with no discount for elderly. I see I should have gone through BBB to see the reviews. Price gouging is the MO. $168 just to come out. Will share with everyone I know.
