      Pristine did my roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. My house looks amazing! I worked with Jeff his communication was great. He did what he said he was going to do when said he was going to do it. Crews where great vary expedient and clean. Highly recommend Pristine.

      We hired Pristine Restoration after the Derecho to replace our roof, siding, and repair ceiling drywall damage. While we’ve had no issues with the siding, the roof had to be repaired twice for huge leaks in our garage after installation. Our real problem came with the interior drywall. Over the last two years they have sent 4 different drywallers to our house. The first attempted the repair but after 2 months, the ceiling ended up looking worse than it did prior to the “repair.” The second drywaller seemed promising but according to our contractor “he was too expensive” so they had the original drywaller come try again but he never finished the job. Then came in the third drywaller who failed to show up on three different dates that he himself asked to start the work on. At that point, the owner came by to take a look. He called upon the second drywaller who originally was “too expensive “ and assured me he would get the job done but when it came time for him to show up, he didn’t. The owner then said he called in a favor with his friend, Jordan from JM Drywall Finish, to get the job done. Once again, we were left high and dry when Jordan failed to show up when he said he would, twice. I understand that stuff happens, which is why we went on for so long assuming positive intent. However, the lack of communication and failure to show up on time or at all is completely disrespectful. The behaviors by the subcontractors that Jeff hires is a direct reflection on him and his business. Don’t waste your time like I did.

      Hi Morgan! We are sorry to hear you had a tough experience with getting contractors there, as during the derecho it was tough to have enough contractors to get to all of our customers in a timely manner. It is sometimes hard to coordinate appointments during a busy schedule when customers also have things going on, especially during such a natural disaster that we have not experienced before. We apologize if the communication with your project manager was less than pleasant and we will speak directly to him on this matter and handle it properly to improve our customer service.
