      We moved into one of his "New" properties from out of state!! We were given A picture of a concept and then when asked for a video of the place we would be renting we were sent a video of a another concept! When we pulled into our Property the concrete was poorly laid so it looks terrible and is cracking, I had to clean for 15 hours for the inside to be liveable as there was p*** and pee all over the toilets and saw dust everywhere as well as stains on what was supposed to be brand new carpet and the new laminate floor is coming up!! We have been living there going on 3 months now and no grass or sod has been installed to give the appearance of a nice clean neighborhood as we thought we were renting in, the dishwasher falls out of the slot it is in because it wasn't installed correctly..... the landscaping is full of weeds and looks terrible, and the front door doesn't close all the way and the deadbolt doesn't work!!!!...I have asked about all of these things and more but never get a reply.... and this is just the beginning!!!! I am now stuck in this lease and we spent a lot of money moving cross country so now moving again is out of the question !!!!!! We get no recompenss and I feel like we were lied to and just because we rent , this home owner treats us like we are nothing!!! I've never rented such a crappy place...... do not rent from Robson Homes !!!!!! Terrible quality....I come home every day depressed looking at this place being so low quality and I feel defeated..... the whole place is covered in dirt and weeds...... and the inside has so many issues that shouldn't be my responsibility to fix!!!! So disappointed
