    Unethical Billing Practices, Harassment, and Cult-Like Atmosphere at Discover Health Chiropractic I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the billing practices, persistent unwanted contact, and uncomfortable atmosphere at Discover Health Chiropractic.Despite explicitly notifying them on April 1, 2025, that I would not be returning for further services and could not afford the continued expenses, Discover Health Chiropractic has engaged in highly unprofessional behavior. They demanded that I come to their office in person to discuss canceling, which I found unreasonable. I clearly requested that they stop scheduling appointments and cease all contact.Ignoring my explicit request, Discover Health Chiropractic continued to call and text me repeatedly from multiple phone numbers and at various times. I reiterated that I did not have the time for these unwanted communications and again asked them to stop contacting me. This persistent and unwanted contact feels like harassment.Furthermore, despite successfully disputing unauthorized charges with my credit card company and receiving a refund, Discover Health Chiropractic has charged me again this month. This is despite the fact that I prepaid for each month of service as I received treatment and therefore owe them nothing.While the chiropractic service itself seemed good and the staff appeared caring, the clinic fosters a cult-like atmosphere that frankly made me feel increasingly uncomfortable. This, combined with their aggressive and unethical billing practices and unwanted contact, has created an overwhelmingly negative experience.I strongly advise anyone considering Discover Health Chiropractic to be extremely cautious about their billing practices, be prepared for potential high-pressure tactics regarding continued treatment, and understand the possibility of persistent unwanted contact even after requesting it to stop.

    Following the text that was recieved by this customer, we attempted to contact to go over current standing of his account. Per signed office policies, we do request a time to go over current standing of the account to make sure all parties are on the same page. Had this customer responded we would have been able to appropriatly show him that you are only responsible for services previously renderd in our office, prior to his text request to cancel services. Multiple attemps have been made to clarify this matter, but all communication has been refused by customer.
