    Does not respond to phone calls, emails, text messages or Facebook messaging. Have had numerous problems with the retirement home Jack Building & Design built for us. We haven't lived here 2 years yet, but still have so many unresolved construction problems. We can't get our new water heater warrantied, and it doesn't work all the time. Have had no hot water the last 3 mornings, siding was not installed according to manufacturer's installation instruction, breaker in one room trips all the time, door bell is a foot away from the front door, gas line for stove was installed so the drop in stove has a 3" gap between it and the wall (yes, we gave all appliance information to them), cable service wire is stapled to the outside of the house rather than ran through the wall, front downspout wasn't planned for so we have a white tile dumping in the front yard, the piping to the toilets was not run to floor level but is about 4" below the floor tile causing sewer gas to leak under the toilet, and there's even more. We're having to pay for legal counsel to get things resolved which is beyond frustrating. Happy to share photos of all if you'd like.
