  We ordered 2 chairs from Levi Good at the Milwaukee Home show at State Fair Park on March 26, 2023. We were told to expect them in mid to late May. I called their main number and Levi's cell number. Most of the time, no answer. When I did get an answer I was told they had a supplier problem, equipment break downs, etc. I called them every week and still do. Now, since sometime in Sept/Oct, I don't get any answer at all. I also tried their email. I contacted a local TV station (WITI) in Milwaukee to help. They also had no luck. I called American Express to cancel the payment, but since it was over 60 days they could not help me with a refund. They ripped us off for $1317. 69! Zero stars!!!

  Ordered and fully paid for outdoor table and 6 chairs. Had a good experience with this company 3 years ago. But this is frankly an awful lot like fraud. They won't answer the phone, they won't respond to emails, they won't respond to chat, and now I see that there are dozens of people having the same experience on the BBB site. The Iowa attorney general should do something about this business. It is basically stealing 6 figures from people. If they had even given us ANY kind of explanation, we might have been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, holy cow. We are done with this entity. What a shame. Giving this one stat feels irresponsible. It should be 0 stars. Period.

  Ordered a 5' Swing, a set of four chairs and a tall table, then a separate online order for two additional tables in June, 2023. All payments in advance easily charged to my Discover Card with an expected delivery of about 12 weeks. That's come and gone, and now the business does not answer phone calls at any of three numbers provided in their materials. One call was answered, and when the man heard my inquiry about my paid orders, he hung up! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY APPEAR TO BE CROOKS. THEY GOT $4200+ FROM ME -- DONT LET THEM GET $$$ FROM YOU! I would give them ZERO STARS if I could!

  Ordered over $7,500 in Polywood furniture on 05/2022; was told deliver was 6-8 weeks. I finally started to contact them in Dec 2022 abt my order & got the run around & delivery dates that came & went with no products. I finally received Feb 2023 some of my products. I’m still missing several pieces as well as a part that wasn’t shipped to make my chair work. I’m a small boutique & my business was hurt by this & I lost customers. This company has had several opportunities to make this right. I’ve asked for a refund for my remaining items, but it seems that I’ve been ghosted. It’s now July 2023 & I’m still waiting & texting Levi weekly to which he just doesn’t respond or answer the phn. I wouldn’t recommend this company or any of its affiliates.

  Ordered furniture online from this company. Levi Good is the owner. Our polywood furniture has splintered and cracked and the table bowed within 2 years of purchasing. The company states a 20 year warranty against these things with a money back guarantee. Nobody will answer the phones nor answer your emails. Do not order from this company. The polywood they use is not first class grade polywood they advertise they use when making furniture.

  **** I recently ordered several items. Came fast, extremely well packed. Packages or bags items were in are super durable. I ordered several different kinds of snacks and ALL were high quality and i would highly reccomend their products. Ordered a knife sharpener also. ********************* that delivered what was advertised.????????
