    Buyer beware!!!I deeply regret having Ace Waterproofing and Basement Service work on my house. They take more time than they originally say (4 days for what they said would be a 1 day job; 2 days for what they said was a 1 day job.) and do not return their work area to its original condition. After putting in a sump pump over 4 days, they refused to reinstall the metal ceiling tile grid that they ripped out and discarded. They say that the homeowner is on the hook to hire someone to put things back in order. So now I need to find a contractor and pay to have it repaired.I would NOT recommend Ace to anyone. I had a terrible final experience with them.
