    I have used this company for both business and home. I had service plans for both. A small furnace in my home stopped working. In accordance with the service plan it was checked and I was told the motherboard was bad. The next day the technician returned and replaced the motherboard. It took about 30 minutes. I was then charged over $800, the invoice indicated there was no charge for the service call. Believing that was a lot for the part, I asked for the part number. I goggled it and the prices for a new part ranged from about $170 to $270. I complained. I received a phone call and explained my concern and was told they could understand my complaint and they would check into it. No response for some time and then another phone message. I asked for a written explanation. I was told there was a labor charge of over $100 and the charge for the part included a 2 year warranty. I was never told about a labor charge or warranty, which I never requested or would have wanted as the furnace was over 17 years old. They stood by this charge asserting they had to pay their overhead and pay their employees. I will never use this company again.

    **************** has been in contact with our ******************* ************** gave him the price of the repair (company policy, upfront pricing) which he authorized before the part was ordered, customers can refuse the repair. We also googled the part, that you cannot get off the internet for less than $490.00 plus tax. It was explained that the price includes a two-year warranty on the part, which is company policy. There was no charge for the service call because he has a membership plan with us for his residence, that includes waived travel & diagnostic. He also stated that he has a service plan for his business, which he has never had. He did have an outstanding balance from his business that was due on 8-23-2023 and did not pay until 12-5-2023 after several inquiries. We have a labor charge to cover our costs, example: to pay the employee who is making the repair.

    When I called first thing in the morning, I was hoping to get a technician out that day, but never expected it. What a surprise when I found out they could send someone out about mid-morning! ******* arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on board his service vehicle, and had my furnace up and running in no time. Efficient and clean. I'm very happy with the service. ******* listens and is very pleasant to talk to. Definitely calling 72 Degrees again, if I ever have another problem arise.

    **** was very thorough and explained things to me as he worked. Cleaned up after himself.
