    If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. Complete dissatisfaction from ServPro. 11 months to complete a 600 square foot apartment fire. Owner had nothing but excuses and blamed everyone under the sun he could. A complete lack of faith in this company and I would not advise ANYONE to use this company!

    We agree with the owner that this project has taken too long and Servpro holds the majority of the responsibility for the delays.  Unfortunately we had placed people on this project that didn't communicate well and failed to move the project along as it should have.  We made appropriate personnel changes to make sure our Project Coordinators have the client and project focus we expect.   I have apologized to the building owners and continue to do so.  

    We have only disagreed on the concept of 11 months.  It was roughly 6 weeks after the fire before our crews were allowed to begin work.  Servpro also did not run this project in it's entirety - contractors not hired by us had portions of this project.  

    Ultimately we did not deliver the service we would expect on this project, and we owe this property owner our apologies.
