    Unsafe environment at sales as they dont limit the number of people in the houses and there are way too many people inside for it to be safe or even legal one very rude and crass employee who has a really negative attitude towards customers dirty homes and filthy items for sale not worth your time

    I would not recommend this company. Their communication is poor to non-existent and I was constantly having to chase them for information and they dont return calls or messages.The net proceeds were significantly less than expected as we only netted $3k which was shockingly low considering it was a fully furnished house for sale. When they sent the final sold inventory and check there were several large ticket items missing from the inventory worth over $1k. I called and questioned and they said they would research and get back to me and I still havent heard back from them.

    I really wanted to be happy with the service I received. The initial consultation was helpful. I signed the contract and felt satisfied. I specifically mentioned don't go into the closets. I came back to a ransacking. I had no idea what was taken and what wasn't. I never received an inventory. And the auctions came and went. I never received a check for the proceeds. Incredible.... I'm considering legal action right now on my attorneys advice.
