    Please beware of this place. I got a flat tire, took my car to this shop, the employee there (Steven S.) showed me a "nail" (screw) on an irreparable side of my tire (they were only 2 years old) and told me the only solution was to replace the tires, which I did for US $350. Two days later I woke up to the exact same wheel with a flat tire again. What are the odds. Went back to the shop only to get treated very offensively by 2 individuals that did not want to help me, even when the work was under warranty. They even told me to go to Walmart. Finally, the manager of the shop showed up and found out that the problem for the air leak was the valve core. After putting all pieces together and realizing that the problem was the valve, I strongly suspect the screw was planted there so I could pay more. This practice is not unheard at the local community of this shop, but it had to happen to me to believe it. I spoke to the regional manager about this, and he did not offer a reimbursement because he believes the two events actually happened naturally, the screw and the valve. What are the odds, I don't believe this for a second. He did offer to speak with the individuals involved in the mistreatment, including using foul language and threating a customer. This is completely outrageous and should never happen. Steven S. is the individual that offended me and didn't want to fix the problem. If you can, do not go there. Customer service there is completely horrendous.
