    Apartment manager had been stealing multiple peoples rent and impact money from multiple different buildings for a long time it seems, owners have no clue as to what has been going on in there pleasant hill/ Altoona buildings (so they say) and are trying to make multiple tenants pay thousands of dollars back that we’ve already initially paid for rent they fired that apartment manager a day or two before they started asking about the peoples missing rent money but aren’t going to take legal action against there crook management they hired and trusted with our rent money, but instead is coming after the tenants who have done nothing wrong. On top of it pleasant hill is infested with roaches and is not only dirty but dangerous in the hallway areas throughout the building dead bugs, food debris, writing on the walls, large industrial lights sitting in the corner of the hallway for months is a falling hazard for the small children who walk past it everyday. I highly recommend you stay as far as you can from this property and the people who own it, most of us tenants that are having these issues are in complete mental anguish and are being cause emotional distress considering not everyone has $2-6,000 to pull out of there pockets especially since we’ve all already made our payments the right way and the person they trusted to handle our money wasn’t very trustworthy at all. We’ve all layered up and are trying to spread awareness so this stops happening to innocent family’s
