    I give this company a zero star if it was possible. Carl's Appliance accepted a job from my warranty company to come out 4/10/23. I tried calling and emailing all weekend to let them know the appointment that was set up wouldn't work. No return call or email. Even left a note on my door for them. The company didn't show up. Got a new message from my warranty company that said he would be out today at the same time which needed to be changed again as I wouldn't be home until 1230pm. Again left a note on my door as they didn't comply with the warranty company guidelines. Got home at 1230pm and waited until 3pm just like the appointment said they would be out. NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO SHOW. I emailed the warranty company to find me someone else. Don't waste your time with this company. They do not communicate with their customers nor show up.
