      All Aloha Plumbing did a project on my property that didn't do any good on my part. On October 2023, I was searching for plumbers to help us with our sewer line and they were able to send a technician named, Mana. He scoped the problem and very confident that he found the problem and we shouldn't have to deal with the same problem for more than 10 plus years. Per Mana, total cost of the project was supposed to be more than $9K. Invoiced was $6 plus and we paid him $3K cash with no receipt. He said he will just send it through email along with the other one but that didn't happen. After 3 months, we had the same problem again, sewer backing up. I was really disappointed so I called All Aloha. They sent Mana again to clear our line for free so "I don't complain". Another 3 months has passed, we had the same problem again, They sent a tech, but I had to pay this time, refunded it afterwards since they said, "they were trying to help me". I was really upset that I was calling mostly everyday, no one would return my call on a timely manner. It would take them couple days for them to call me back. I wanted a refund since the job they did didn't help us at all. They were suppose to help me get a lateral line but that still have yet to happen. Up until now, we are still experiencing the same problem, sewer backing up. I haven't heard anything from them and they don't even bother to reach out to me. I just want my money back!

      I paid $1675.39 to replace our toilet. The replacement toilet cost $200 at **********. I requested a detailed invoice for service and parts and invoice had parts that were replaced. It took 1.5 hours to replace the toilet. I calculate the hourly pay was over $1000 which is ridiculously high. I waiting for reply from the company.

      I had water coming down from the bathroom ************ came to the house said there was a "1/2 burst copper pipe". He did not find the leak and left. It was in the upstairs bathroom. All Aloha told me "we discovered growth highly recommend remediation" There was no growth. Tech left because he said he couldnt work if there was growth Again no growth Charged me $235 for a half hour.Called PAWS Plumbing (they found the leak) and Servicemaster (to dry things out). They did a great job.

      We called this customer multiple times to send ************** back and also get the restoration company in to remedy the situation. The customer refused to allow the technician to come back on site to complete the leak detection to remedy the situation. Since the customer did NOT want us back on site to complete the work or remedy the situation, we REFUNDED the ENTIRE amount as no work was completed. We RESOLVED this situation and the customer was SATISFIED with the refund and outcome. We have documentation of the refund and the recorded call with the customer stating that he was satisfied with the full refund as we made the attempt to make the situation right.

      ******************** give All Aloha Plumbing one star rating. On 5/29/23 plumbing came to fix leak under my kitchen sink. He informed me he needs an investigation first on the whole house before working on the leak. They charged $****** fee to do the job and need a signature from me. He mentioned that I will get half off the ****** only if you allowed them to do the job. I was blind sighted and signed the contract for the investigation. When question with the Manager about the cost of the investigation fee, informed me that every customer has a different charge. I feel this should have been mention to me when I made a phone call to All Aloha Plumbing. I feel this is a come on of having them do the job. A very pricey company!

      I hired All Aloha Plumbing to take out my leaking 30 gallon water heater. They charged me $3,426. There were no omplications encountered by the plumber. They finished within a couple hours. Their pricing is outrageous.
