    We got ghosted on July 18th 2022 at 8am!!!! Phone # and email not working. Drove to location 2 days before tour to find out info. It was closed but we went back to leave a note. We ran into the owner Iwa, he said the phone company would be out to fix the phones the following week and gave me his cell and said to call him tomorrow. I did call, and left a voicemail. He never called back or responded to my texts. We showed up as scheduled for our tour only to be ghosted. Again, I called and left a voicemail, no response. Contacted my credit card company and they reimbursed me. So dissatisfied and disappointed that this company and owner was dishonest.
