  It has been a nightmare working with this company. They built an addition and redo the deck. The first 3 months we had so many problems. We had major leaks in the bedroom. It came from the deck ( poor installing gutter spout). The dry wall, the ceiling were cracked, the floor was separated from baseboard when we put a furniture.They came to repair but we have more crack on the dry wall and more leak from the deck a month later. Also, the repair was lousy, shortcut? The lock was not aligned w the lock hole. 3 months before the warrant expires the floor in the kitchen got wet after we take a shower or after using the washing machine. His plumber came twice but couldn't find the leak. His worker, builder came and worked for the whole day. He said he didn't find the leak. Strangely, after he left the floor didn't get wet anymore. So, days later I asked ******* the boss when could he closed the holes? Since they could not find the leak, he said I had to pay $1450 for the labor and materials.At first he blamed it on the rain n the outside stairs, then he blamed it on the homeowner. He's crazy, who wants to go and deal w him after all the bad jobs he's done?He's unprofessional, lies and unreasonable. Do not use this company.

  **************, your comments are extremely bias and inaccurate. The leak due to your existing cracked exterior wall (your whole house wall cracked everywhere) and waterproofing failed when tie in your new addition. We came the next day fixed leak, addressed issues right away when you called. The ceiling mud crack due to the extreme heat from decking above that cause mud to shrink as i told you. We came and *********** away for you when you called. The flooring separation you never told me till now and i do not see nowhere. Your hallucination leak are not legitimate warranty claim, like yourself said, there is never been a leak. If you prove there is a leak, we will come and fix it at no cost to you. (You have my number, please call me. Then write a follow up review.) When i communicate with you i told you ******* clear if the leak does not exist, you can not claim and have it covered for warranty. We just can not constantly doing the free work for you, everyone needs a living and living is not free. You are a business woman, you should understand that. If you can not get something free from the company then kill that company.
