      I would give them a zero review. We booked the Zipline for 12pm. The * ticket showing 12pm as start time. Due to the unexpected traffic, we ended up driving over an hour and twenty minutes and arrived around 12:20pm. The location is hard to find(no sign on the turn). Our family member needs handicap parking, but its very difficult to find the parking inside their property. When we finally parked the car and went to check in, we were told we cannot join the group, even though the group is only less than half way of the 8 lines. The description shows the tour is about 2 hours. I just dont understand why they refused the service when its only less than 1/4 of the tour time has passed. They refused to reschedule the tour or give refund. The check in desk employee was extremely rude to us. She walked away from us while we were still talking and trying to find soliton. She didnt even willing to help at all. She told me I need to cancel 24 hours prior the appointment time in order to get full refund. However, we are not canceling. We were driving all the way and were right in front of them. This is not the way or attitude you treat the customer who drove 40+ miles to your place with a disability family member. Keep in mind, part of the reason we were late is the site doesnt have handicap parking. We wasted a whole day because of this. It ruined our vacation experience.
