      Please be aware of this shop and the owner. I took my car to Innovative Kustoms on September 12, 2022 and told him I was having a wiring problems with my car. He told me that I will have to have $1000 up front in order to start on the car even though he didnt know the exact problem. He told me to send it to his cash app on September 12, 2022 and I sent it over. Before I left he told me that he had a car in front of mine and he will let me know exactly what is wrong with it by September 14, 2022 and let me know what parts he will be ordering. Before I left I told him that I will be taking a vacation on September 30, 2022 and he told me hes most certainly that my car will be finish. He sent me pictures of the wires that he would replaced and I gave him a call the next day which was on september 15, 2022 and he told me that he ordered the wire harness and they will be here the following week. I text him on September 29th to make sure everything was good to pick my car up the next day. He replied Harness is not in yet ordered it from ****. On October 12, 2022 I finally picked up my car because the part never came. I asked him about my refund because he didnt complete the job except for taking the harness out and he said hes only giving me back $438 out of the $1000 I gave him. He was charging me $1000 for the part and to fix the issue. He then switched up how he would be paid he went from a flat fee which included parts and labor to charging hourly. When he ordered the part I asked to see the tracking number and receipt and he refused to give that information to me. The $438 I was suppose to get back was from the part and he told me that he cancelled that on October 10, 2022 and it will take two to three days and I never heard anything back from him. I called him today which is October 22, 2022 and he didnt answer but he text me and said Sorry for delay, we should have it back to you by end of week. He has been taking me in circles since I took my car to him.
