    On October 28th several of us customers witnessed a man using the card machine. He inserted $21 and received no card, no refund. He approached the employee on duty requesting a refund. The employee said he could not get in touch with the owner for risk of being fired. He took our name and number so the owner could contact us in regards to a refund. As of this posting no refund has been received Additionally, the owner has done nothing to repair the washers and dryers that are inoperable, which is 50% of them. Also, he is charging five times more than the previous owner did if a customer needs a little extra laundry detergent, softener or dryer sheets. We, the customers have been in contact with City Hall in regards to the business license which is still pending. We are also considering filing a police report for theft by deception because in speaking with other customers we have found out that this is an ongoing repetitive problem. So far we have only been able to find out the new owners first name is John. He is unethical, unfair and greedy!!! We highly recommend putting this monster out of business since he's only interested in stealing customers money and not providing good service. As soon as I am contacted by City Hall regarding the new owners full name and contact information we will be adding to this post. Would rather file a complaint however this website suggested only filing a review which will accomplish nothing.
