    Mold and ***** infection through the entire complex. We went to court and the Judgement in my favor. Judgement stated, to have the mold cleaned out of the air conditioning unit within 10 days of the judgment. The incompetent manager would never fix the mold in my apartment a never clean the mold nor paid me what I was owed from the judgment.***************** and the rest of the staff are crooked and cannot be trusted. I had spoken to many other residents and they also had the same problem of not getting things fixed and ***************** ignoring maintenance requests over and over again. She actually tried to evict me just because I complained about the maintenance not being fixed. And then didn't even show up for the court date. This place truly needs to be looked at and condemned. The floors are rotting and people have already fallen through the floor in their kitchen in one apartment. Another tenant told me that when she went to open up her living room window it fell in on her. When she told *************** about it *************** yelled at her and told her that it was in her problem. When I went to the final court date I had asked some tenants to be witnesses but they all stated that they were afraid of retaliation from ***************. She is a very vindictive, rude and dishonest person. I even spoke to the owner of the complex one day while he was there and he said he talked to her and then she just was even more rude to me. This facility should be investigated, because it's a health and fire hazard.

    The worst experience Ive ever had I didnt have running water for two weeks I also have a knat infestation and growing mold. They never fixed the mold issue and Im still dealing with issues like my toilet wont flush and they have the audacity to think a $50 discount is enough after i have missed work. Couldnt take showers accumulating 4 weeks all together theres a sewage issue my toilet would fill up with p*** the regional and property manager was fired the new one is no better
