      my computer was hacked and a custermer service person re-motley gained access to my computer to fix it. I was thinking this is a hacker and it was to late. after the hack i took my computer to a person i know and they found that the person put malware and back doors on my computer. I belive this was a scam and they wanted $250.00 to fix my computer. I did not pay them . Now they have some personal information of my family and sent a stop cashing any checks wrote in my name and my moms, who was not involed to the company certegy service. all the discount retailers use this company and when you call them they want you to give personal information This is just another way to get all you personal information . This is wrong. If this company is not involved in this ,then they need to fix something becuse hackers are using them. I would like certegy also to take my and my moms name off there list too
