    Owned my Primo Oval XL since 2013. They have replaced the outer chamber when the enamel coating chipped around the lid. Though I have had to replace my inner charcoal chamber 3 times, they have honored their warranty every time. I've found the turn around time with the warranty department to be 1-2 day turn around to get my claim reviewed and approved. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase. The fact that this is an American made product was a huge determining factor for me, as well.
