    I was promised a slab for my Mother in **** of 2023 to be done in 6 months. A year and 3 months later I still do not have it and rarely can ever get someone to answer the phone. Please do not use this company.

    Wish I could leave no stars. Paid $5300 on May 4 3023. Today is June 18, 2024 and was told a month ago by Tony that my order would be ready in a week. Now he won't answer the phone or return text messages. Amanda at the business site is having a difficult time contacting him as well. Take your business elsewhere.

    I ordered my wife's headstone mine and my mother's. Put 4000.00 down and it's been almost a year now. Poor customer service and no follow up. All I get is they are to busy not enough help. But they took my money.

    Very poor service. I hardly ever get ahold of someone & they do not return my calls or respond to my email messages. I put $1309.50 down July 11,2022 for a slab & border for my late husbands gravesite. It still has not been done. No one answers the phone & it has been 3 weeks since I spoke with someone.
