      I have done business with Mr. Eaton and found him to be honest and hard working. The company is having trouble with getting reliable workers, probably because the work is hard. Monument work is not easy. Yes, my monument took time to be placed, but it is exactly what I asked for. I have referred Eaton Memorials to other people who received their monument as ordered. I think patience is needed on the part of some people. This is a family run business and they stand behind their work. They couldn't have been in business for over 30 years if they didn't.

      Bad Review On June 11, 2022, I paid Eaton Monument in Tifton , GA. for a monument to be placed on my wife's grave. Now a year later, they have my money, but no monument or explanation for delays. Can't blame this on COVID-19 because that ended two years ago. In my opinion, Eaton is not reliable company. People should be aware of this when dealing with them.

      We are very sorry for your experience with our company sir. We have been in business for 30 years and rest assured that it is not because we get over on people. As for a response we responded to your email 3 days after it was sent and an attempt to contact you was made within a week later but there was no answer. Please feel free to call or email us at any time. We thank you for your business and are truly sorry for your loss and for your experience because we deeply care about what we do and strive for customer satisfaction even when mistakes have been made.
