    I love Volta Wireless!!! While initially they had some issues with customer service, those issues have now been resolved. Whenever I have questions, I have 24x7 access to a customer self-service tool that answers almost all my questions. And if the tool doesn't have the answer I need, I can start a live chat or ask a customer service rep to call me from within the tool. My orders get shipped within hours, and I get a tracking number with every shipment. Volta Wireless has come a long way from where it was just a few months ago, and I love knowing that no one is tracking my location, communications or my internet activity.

    SCAM and FRAUD and Harassment I just received an email from Volta saying they are sending me a Sim Card I did NOT order ANYTHING from Volta Wireless I have sent VOLTA wireless TWENTY emails telling them to STOP sending me ANY emails BBB make Volta Wireless STOP harassing people

    We made an update to our system yesterday, and during that update the system erroneously sent emails to many customers that had previously ordered products saying that their orders had been shipped. This was just a system error. No products were actually shipped, and no customers were charged. We apologize for any inconvenience experienced by anyone that received these emails.
