    Did not deliver on contract and refuse to refund full amount paid.

    Would choose negative stars but least I can choose is 1 star. Bad business etiquette. Can't speak with the owner of the company due to secretary Kizmit. She needs to be fired. Will not pay for their bounced check for the original invoice nor for the draft work they requested to have drafted and approved with their signature. Need to be a business and handle your short comings.
