    The representative using a name ******* (***********************) from ******** LLC was referred to me by my insurance company Travelers to provide an electrical estimate on my claim. He had a man named **** perform the electrical services of: moving my ********* meter, and rewiring 2 junction boxes, and upgrading my 2 breaker boxes to GFI breakers. Long story short, there is a problem with the work and they did not label the breaker boxes. When I contacted *******, he was defensive and aggressive. He refused to acknowledge the issues or correct the work even though 2 other companies provided him a diagnostic to prove the errors. He was sent emails and certified letters in attempt to rectify the problem through reimbursement of funds. He ignored all communication. I have made a claim against his insurance company. Travelers has removed this company from their referral list.
