    I have been trying to get an issue fixed with my shutters since the beginning of May. No one has contacted me to resolve the problem. I was informed that they have lifetime warranty. How is that possible if no one comes to fix them, no one answers the phone. Last thing that I get today is that the rep that installed them (finally answered my call) *********************) tells me he is no longer with the company. He said he thought I had another issue. That I was a different person?? This is not acceptable! I am going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card. This is not cheap stuff. I was sold great shutters, with life time warranty, and immediate response if something goes wrong. All of these have been lies.

    We are very sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate your concern but our company stands behind the products we sell regardless of anything said by a previous field installer. I have asked that our installation department give you a call to discuss how we can help expedite your concerns as this is the first time hearing of any problem.Our product carries a lifetime limited warranty as most do. On our paperwork left with you is a number to reach our office. I am sorry for any confusion but I assure you we will find an acceptable solution for your concerns.
