    I have worked for this company on and off since 2022 but this year takes the cake. The owner is refusing to pay us in a timely manner. Per our contracts our pay day is every 2 weeks and most of us have not received any funds in ******************************************************************************************************************************************** giving her a partial payments thus putting all her employees in terrible situations. So far it has been a nightmare. We are 1099 workers but we are worked like employees and referred to as such. I just need some understanding to why this is acceptable and what can be done to fix the issue not just for me but for all of AO security employees. We are all behind on bills because we are still waiting on money owed to us from 30 plus days ago our last payment was only for 36 hours bc ***** ***** said thats all she could afford to pay us. We all come to work and put our lives at risk to protect the productions and the staff on set to end up homeless and more because our employer is refusing to pay us on time. I would not recommend hiring this company or working for her unless youre ok with working 5 weeks with no pay
