"Do not ever trust this company with road side service. I have been stranded due to my battery dying, at 11:30 I called to request assistance, followed all prompts, at 12:00 I called back to request information regarding when roadside might be appear, come to find out there was a problem on our end were sorry we are dispatching another company only for 1:30 to roll around, I give them another call back, find out SOMEONE else had dropped the ball only for them to say sorry about that, we had dispatched someone who should be there in another 40 minutes." ...
