    I am filing a formal complaint against Utility Billing Solutions for what I believe to be deceptive billing practices and price gouging. For the past 10 years, I have never experienced excessive water charges. However, since my HOA switched to Utility Billing Solutions, my water bills have skyrocketed without any reasonable ************** water usage habits have not changed, yet my bills have increased significantly compared to what I paid under the previous billing company. Upon researching Utility Billing Solutions, I found numerous complaints from other consumers facing the same issueunjustified spikes in their bills, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. This pattern suggests a concerning and potentially predatory business practice.I have attempted to contact Utility Billing Solutions for clarification, but I have not received a satisfactory response. Their billing lacks transparency, and their unreasonably high charges feel like an intentional scam designed to exploit customers who have no choice but to use their services.I am requesting:1.An investigation into Utility Billing Solutions to prevent them from continuing these unethical practices.I urge the Better Business Bureau to take action to hold this company accountable and protect other consumers from their unfair billing practices.

    This is a very unprofessional company. They dont return phone calls, when you do speak to someone they are very rude, and you receive your **** one to two days before its due. Im still waiting on **** to call me back.-*************************** Cascade park subdivision
