    Horrible business!!! Dont order from this company! They refuse to issue a refund when theyve failed to ensure that the dresses that Ive ordered be shipped by the date they provided!

    I had ordered twice from them and everything was ok. I ordered the third time for an event, in plenty of time. All of a sudden I realized I had not received my dress or any notifications. I looked and the site said still has not shipped. My event was a week away. All they offered was an Im sorry we didnt notify you but no you cant get a refund! What? Totally your fault and you penalize me! I dont want a store credit! Never again! My event is this weekend so now I have to scramble to find something else!

    CROOKS, SCAM, LIARS... DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE. I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. AND THEY TOLD ME I CAN ONLY GET STORE CREDIT. HOW DO GET STORE CREDIT FOR A STORE WITH THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE!!!!!! SCAM COMPANY ALL THE WAY. They don't deserve even 1 star

    This company don't deserve a1 rating but the lowest rating offered. I ordered from this company months ago. Still have not received order and they refuse to give refund. DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Who wants a store credit from a company that never ships merchandise? SCAM Company!!!!

    A one STAR is too good a f a rating for UVM COLLECTION! This company are crooks. They know if you order off line there is always a 100% chance the item will not fit. Instead of issuing a REFUND when the item is returned they issue a store credit but here is my problem. I ordered using AFFIRM so while they received their dress back they kept the money and did not issue a refund to credit AFFIRM leaving me to still having to pay affirm for a draw that I no longer have and returned to them. This is so wrong and this is why people become crooks just like the companies and figure out ways to *** and steal from. I reached out to UVM COLLECTION and they told me in other words even though they have the dress back I still needed to pay Affirm as if I still had the dress and let them just keep the money and issue a store credit. They are crooks there clothing is very cheap and not worth what they charge you and they have a crooked return policy because they know once some get their clothing they will return and they will loose a lot of money so they have it where you cannot get your money back. I dont need a store credit I cannot fit their clothes! What good will A credit do me???!!!! Companies like this want our support but then when something happens we cant get their support. DO NOT SUPPORT OR DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS WITH THERE CHEAP CLOTHING FROM ***** AND CHARGING YOU NORDSTROM PRICES FOR THEIR CLOTHING!!!! I EANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
