    Unethical business practices!! ************************* (not sure if this is his real name). Ive used this moving *** in the past once and thought overall they did a good job, since it was a short noticed Sunday move. Now that I think about it I gave ***** full details moving from a marital property, after divorce in Dec 2021, into a townhome. Explaining in full details the amount of furniture there was a lot. Kiere pulls ** in a 15 feet U-haul truck of course making 2 trips (adding to the moving cost). When he arrived, he simply said oh I didnt know you had this much stuff. The move cost me 1k. They scratched the dining table which was forgiven because I understood it was a beast of a table, weighing a lot. However, out of courtesy, I texted ***** to say theres a scratch only to make him aware by letting him know. He simply replied Thank you and nothing else. There was no remorse, or an apology of any kind. Again, they moved me with a short notice and did the job well overall. 9 months later (Sep 2022), God blessed me with a new home and once again needed to move. Contact *****, talked to him explaining the situation, he agreed to move me Sept 10, 2022 at 10am. After the phone call, later in the evening, ***** texted me saying Hey waiting for the deposit to lock you in. I replied, Hey *****, did you send me instructions on how to make the deposit? Cash app, *****, Venmo? Wheres an invoice or some kind of agreement?Your communication in text is very vague whats happening? did you send or email me deposit directions?Kiere response/text to me: Cash app $atlmovingMy response/text to Kiere:Sent $100 deposit cash app ( only because Ive worked with him in the past and felt comfortable to cash app deposit) Kiere response/text to me: ReceivedSept 9 Friday, I HAD to call Kiere I was told they will move me Sunday Sept 11th. I havent heard from Kiere since. No response to my calls or text messages requesting a deposit REFUND!
