    During the process of moving and changing banks Pollard was paid two times for the same invoice. When I asked for a refund for one of the payments she told me it was my problem and not theirs and they did not give refunds for a customers mistake. She said they would keep both payments.

    Bottom line up front: STAY AWAY FROM POLLARD RESIDENTIAL WASTE SERVICES! They will NOT take responsibility for their negligence. Around mid-December 2022, a Pollard Waste Truck leaked oil throughout our small subdivision. Our ********************** began almost immediately communicating with their representatives as well as Fayette County Public Officials to seek a reasonable solution. As of this review, Pollard refuses to fix the mess they created. They ************* sand over the spillage with the hope of it soaking up the stains. There are oil stains throughout much of the subdivision, including 2 cull de sacs. Fayette County Officials have been of little help in holding Pollard Residential Waste responsible. This is simply unacceptable. Our subdivision in Fayette County is less than three years old since the last residents moved in. There are only 38 newly built homes, with each lot being roughly an acre. Pollard has been the dominant waste servicing company for almost three years. I am one of many residents that are disappointed and are moving their services to send a message that this is unacceptable.

    Never once in four years did they neglect to pick up garbage and recycling. Reasonable rates.
