- Additional Info:This company is calling consumers who have timeshares they are trying to sell stating they "have" a buyer. In some instances they have had the buyer call the timeshare owner to convince them it is a valid offer. All they need is $1249 - $1500 up front to cover closing, document & title search fees. After providing the company with their credit/debit card information they do not hear from the company and are unable to get them on the phone & no reply to email.
Address given for the company is a UPS Store. As of 9/3/2013 mail to the Bryan St address has been returned marked "RTS".
The BBB has been unable to locate a Business Tax Certificate for the company.
Web address is registered to a Proxy service (Domains by Proxy, Scottsdale, AZ).
According to the company's website, "Terms and Conditions"..."Quality Vacations has been granted permission to advertise the property on the internet, and otherwise to make information concerning the property available to potential buyers, renters, real estate agents, brokers & others. Advertising begins once the advertisement has been published online. Quality Vacation Services forwards any and all inquiries regarding timeshare units directly to the owner and allows the owner to negotiate the sale or rental of their unit directly with the interested party without the involvement of any brokers or any commission fees." Further noted... "Quality Vacation Services duty and service is limited to advertising the property for the property owner as long as owner keeps his/her advertisement active in 90 day cycles prior to the 90 day expiration."
