I took my son and his friends to this location to play miniature golf and ride go-carts. Apparently, they were playing around like 12 and 13-year-old boys do. The manager asked them to stop playing around or he would call the police. Yes, the same police that come with guns are drawn at black men's and children's heads when NO criminal activity has been reported. Not "Settle down Guys." Not "Call your parents to pick you up." Not "I'm going to ask you to leave." Mind you they were dancing, nothing that warranted calling the police and putting their lives in danger. When asked to stop, one asked for clarity; apparently, this was disrespectful to the manager. So a child asking "why" is intimidating and disrespectful? This was clearly racially motivated because he had no other explanation when I too asked for clarity other than he would call the police on me also. If a business that mostly serves families with children is unable to address a child without threatening to call the police it should not be in operation. This is so sickening.
