      The seller is probably fine but the delivery driver was an idiot ; he gave me a parcel that was mine and one that was for someone else and then my other two parcels were delivered to another address and are lost ...would help if they would hire people who can speak and read english ! They hired drivers that can speak very little english and cannot read a simple address number ; I would average maybe 5 to 10 % of my parcels don't make it to my door and show that they were delivered : I have 5 cameras on my front door to prove that they were not stolen but were most likely delivered at the wrong address .Some of their drivers are total idiots !

      ASL the worst delivery company for Amazon. Never on time. Loosing parcels Frustration starts as soon as you see they are delivering your order..

      This is the only delivery service by Amazon that continuously loses my packages. There is often a note about 'bad weather' in the area, which is a lie, that precedes the note that the package 'may be lost'. I have complained to Amazon about this specific delivery service but they continue to use it.

      Worst courier service in SW *******. Shipments are constantly delivered to wrong addresses, delayed or lost. They refuse to take responsibility and leave the intended receiver to deal with the shipper. They create financial losses for all parties involved.

      I will never order Amazon again, especially when having to deal with ASL. I needed something delivered for my business, as I have customers depending on me to deliver my products to them on time. I had never dealt with ASL, but like ASL has done to so many other people, they 'lost' *aka stole, my parcel and have put me in a real bind with my customers. I don't want to take any chances of ordering from Amazon again with the concern that these clowns at ASL will be 'delivering' ( or should I say, stealing) Horrible customer service from Amazon, promising things that they don't go through with, pretending to contact ASL to have them deliver by end of day, only for it to not show up! I say boycott both Amazon and ASL! Buy local!

      Horrible. Horrible delivery service. I would never recommend their services. Amazon keeps using them for deliveries and I dont think their drivers can read. Nor do I think that Amazon cares. The note on my account states that my residence is a house and they keep dropping off my parcels to a condoComplex two blocks away.Dont buy anything and expect it to be delivered as promised if this delivery service is used.

      ASL is definitely useless. I ordered something on June 4/23 and as of June 14th it had not been received by me. I called Amazon Canada and they issued me a credit on my ***** That same day I placed an order for the same item with exactly the same results! Since all of my orders seem to be "delivered" by these fools I will be canceling my Prime membership and will not be ordering from the them any longer. (I live in a rural area and don't have the time to trek to a store that's 20 miles from me)
