      I called them out on a rainy day in July of 2023 after calling others who could not schedule me for a few days. They said it depended on the weather if they could come out today and check why my AC had stopped working a few days before. The sky cleared up and I got a call that the technician was on his way. I believe the technician was John, but I might be mistaken. Either way he was great and was able to resolve the problem and give us some options. He was very informative and didn't mind answering my questions. The speed and cost of service was reasonable and the AC is working. I highly recommend them based off my experience.

      Bought a house in the winter of 2020 with a 5 year old Trane unit installed by Ware Mechanical with gas heat and AC split unit. First summer I noticed that the unit was not cooling correctly, called Ware in May of 2021. Technician came topped off unit and tightened a schrader valve. Charge was $133. Now the next summer comes and not cooling.. Called Ware again in June,2022 this time requesting a leak test. Tech found that the evaporator coil was leaking. Was going to check on warranty cost and someone would be in contact.. No charge today he tells my wife. Mark was his name he left his number and I called him that afternoon asking the cost to replace the coil. He said that the service manger would be in touch. Until now he has never called. No bill was ever delivered. Now in November we get a letter from a collection office for $258.00.
      Could not post unless I gave them at least a 1 rating..
      As Grandpa would say "you can put a zero by that"

      Mr. **** I apologize that that no one ever followed up and you never received a bill. Our system shows that we did send a quote on June 7th to the email we have for your account. That quote would have factored in the $258 that would have been the cost the service call, leak search and refrigerant if any was used. We typically roll that over into the total cost of repairs. Since the we never had an approved quote that original invoice slipped through the cracks. We made a mistake and are very sorry. As far as your warranty it reverts to the standard 5 year warranty when a house is sold unless you pay to have it transferred. That is Trane's (as well as most other manufactures) policy, not our own.
