    Steve was so rude to me when I called so me being me, I got rude back. I still took my vehicle in to get an estimate. When I came to pick my car up I noticed I was blocked in. I was blocked in because he charged me $90 to look at my car and he blocked my car in to make sure I would pay it or I couldn't leave. I've never been charged for someone to give me an estimate and it was because I stood up for myself when he thought he could talk to me anyway he wanted. A lot of people take their vehicles here and love Steve but he did me wrong.

    I am sorry if Steve was rude to you. I am not sure which vehicle was your I couldn't find a ticket with your name. but we do not charge to give estimates we give free estimates all the time over the phone or in person But we DO NOT give free diagnostics so if you already know what parts and repairs your car needed and we didn't have to look at your car then we don't charge. so if we charge you that means you needed us to tell you what was wrong with it. We have to move cars all day long from being blocked in by other customers by owe technicians after they get done working on other cars unfortunately we don't have the parking to handle how busy we are so cars sometimes have 2-3 vehicles blocking them and we have to move them for customers to get out.
