    This lash technician is a scammer and doesn't honor her Groupon. My first appointment was excruciatingly painful because the numbing cream she uses doesn't work. I've had my eyebrows done before and didn't feel a thing. Although they were slightly uneven when I left, I didn't worry about it because I figured she could correct them during my "free" 6 week touch up. My 6 week touch up appointment, I arrived 16 minutes late because the gps took me to the wrong location. I text her 11 minutes before my appointment to advise I was running late. When I arrived, I called her several times, and she didn't answer. I thought maybe she was with another client. So I went to the restroom, waited a few minutes then text her. I finally called her on my other phone, and she stated after 15 minutes she left and I should've text her to let her know I was late, and she would've waited. However, I did text her prior to my arrival and I was only 1 minute past the 15-minute grace ******* Nevertheless, we rescheduled. When I arrived for my second touch up appointment she wasn't there. Once again, I called several times, and she didn't answer. I called on my other phone and she answered with an attitude stating, "I thought you text me to cancel." I politely explained that I didn't cancel, and she said well we'll have to reschedule and hung up. I text her twice afterwards to reschedule and she hasn't responded. Not only are my eyebrows uneven they have faded tremendously, and they look terrible. My call logs and text messages verify the details aforementioned. Do yourself a favor and don't book with her!
