      I ordered a safe from gunsafes.com. I was told I had to wait 6-8 weeks for the safe to be built. I later found the same exact safe a Coastal on sale for $700 less, regularly $500 less. I tried to cancel my order, but they said it was too late because the safe had been built and was on its way to their warehouse. I was later given a shipment date for a Friday. Someone was needed to be present for the drop off, so I took the day off. The safe never arrived. Then it said it would be delivered on Monday. I took another day off. Then the tracking said Tuesday. I called the shipping company it had been forwarded to, and they said they were short on drivers, and it would be delivered on Wednesday. I ended up missing 3 days of work waiting for a safe due to false tracking information, and no communication. When the safe finally arrived that Wednesday, it arrived anchored to a 44 on one side. The other had been broken off. The safe had a couple minor scratches on the back, and had been placed on two additional pallets. It made it pretty difficult to get the 716 lb safe down. My experience with them was pretty un pleasant. I strongly discourage anybody from doing business with gunsafes.com.

      Hello ********,Our apologies you had delays in getting the delivery unfortunately we have no control over the freight company's delivery schedule. I have heard there is a shortage of drivers across the country but it appears to be a greater problem in the Northwest. All Liberty safes are built to order, then shipped to our warehouse to be shipped to our customers. Once shipped we can try and recall the shipment but that would be at the expense of the customer. I don't know the complete history of your order but would be happy to discuss it with you personally.Once again, our apologies for the issues you encountered.
