    ***** introduced himself when I opened the door and explained what he was here to do which was maintenance and check up of our system. He asked where air handler and thermostat was and the ac unit which we showed him. Very neat and professional dressed and friendly. He explained all aspects if what he was doing and explained everything. He was efficient and knowledgeable. When he was checking unit he explained that the capacitor should be replaced due to the fact is was almost out of range and we agreed to have it replaced, saving us the frustration of having a possible break down in the near future. Thank you.

    Great service as always. ****** ****** was our Plumber for our annual Plumbers Club check. He was friendly and efficient and did a great job checking everything out!

    We love Canadys. Living in the south AC is nothing to take for granted. Annual service is essential and Canadys are cost effective and reliable. Techs are knowledgeable, professional, clean and considerate of homeowners property. **************** is also considerate and professional. Dont go anywhere else. Saving a few $$ isnt worth it.

    ***** ******* was our AC Technician that came for our annual HVAC Check. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to do a great job cleaning and checking our system.
