    Hello, I took my two cats to Whiskers on Kittens to get groomed and I have mixed feelings about it all.The staff was extremely friendly and kind;however, once I got home and took one them out of their kennel, I noticed that their back left paw was bleeding and shaking so bad she barely allowed me to touch it.Shame on me for not taking them out of their kennels to check before leaving the office.Theirs nails were trimmed entirely too low. It made question the professionalism of the company as well as the morale/ethics. Not once was I informed of this issue while I was picking up/checking out. Now ** left with a kitty that is isolating herself and is possibly in pain.Whiskers on Kittens may be phenomenal for cat boarding as other reviews may state, but for grooming please find another place if you love your babies. Additionally, the place has an awful stench.Im typically not a person to complain about things but I felt it was my due diligence to warn others based on my experience. Like I said the staff was very warm, inviting, and accommodating but safety is number 1 and should not be compromised. I wouldnt be a good person if I didnt tell the absolute truth.
