    I am. ******* resident who lives within the chemical fire effected area. Claims adjuster CK has been rude, dismissive and now none responsive. We are clearly experiencing retaliation from bringing their shortcomings to their attention. Rating: 0

    Was in a wreck and police called a tow truck for me. Ended up being this company. I wasn't thinking clearly after the wreck and made the mistake of leaving some valuables in my car. When I went to go pick up my things from the car, the valuables were gone. When I mentioned it to them they ended the call and refused to pick up the phone afterwards.

    In the beginning of October the ****** in ******* Ga where me and children reside had a fire. During this time our family had tried to live in our home but the smoke was hazardous and family members encouraged us to live with them until the smoke cleared but I like my own living space so I decided to get lodging. I was told to contact this company to file a claims due to lost wages because again my childrens health was my concern and my job refused to let us work until further notice. The adjuster that I was assigned had not made any type of communication with me so I filed a complaint, 3 weeks later I was told ******** ****** would be handling my claims due to the the complaint but then my original adjuster who I had been assigned to ******* ***** called stating that she had been trying to call but could not reach me which was a lie because everyone was reaching me but her. She then sent me an email telling me what was needed and I sent everything over. She said that my hiltons honor number where I stayed at the hotel did not belong to me whennn no it clearly shown my name along with honors number beside it, she stated that she need proof of lost wages that were sent over and I sent that over but could not show loss wages because I had none due to no work for weeks, after I couldnt afford to continue to stay in the hotel I had to stay with family and I still had to pay , in which I provided proof of payments, she then stated she needed bank statements, I provided those as well just for her to say they were not mines, I apologized for the complaint I made because she was not communicating and asked her to send over her supervisor name and contact information and she stated there was no supervisor. I have never heard of that, but this company seems to be doing something because I have read several complaints and contacting BBB shortly

    Claims adjuster denied my loss income / money claim after I was robbed and they stole my cash register and coin change machine from coin laundry business. Said I could still operate my business so no loss income. Horrible customer service and took 4 weeks to get a response, only for them to not answer email or phone calls to explain reasoning for denial.
